John A. Manni

Law Degree: Ave Maria School of Law, 2016

 

John joined the firm of Cohen, Manni, Theune, & Manni, LLP in November of 2016. John graduated Cum Laude from Franciscan University with a Bachelors of Science in International Business with a concentration in Pre-Med. He obtained his law degree from Ave Maria School of Law in 2016 and was a member of the Moot Court from 2014-2016.  He is licensed to practice law in Washington State.
 

John is a member of the Washington State Bar Association and the Washington State Association for Justice.


John’s areas of practice include: Family Law, Wills and Probate, Estate Planning, Personal Injury, Guardianships, Real Estate, and Business Law.


John was born and raised on Oak Harbor, Washington. He is happy to be home and to practice law with his father and brother.  John is involved with St. Augustine’s Catholic Church and is a member of the North Whidbey Sportsman’s Association.

David M. Manni

David M. Manni is a partner of Cohen, Manni, Theune & Manni LLP -- having first joined the Firm back in August of 2012 as a Rule 9 Legal Intern.  Mr. Manni has been licensed to practice in Washington State since January of 2013 and is a graduate of Ave Maria School of Law Class of 2012.  He is admitted to practice law in Washington State as well as in both the United States District Court for the Western District of Washington and the United States Court of Federal Claims.

 

Mr. Manni operates a general practice with an emphasis on Family Law, Wills and Estate Planning, Probate, Personal Injury, and Criminal Defense.  Additionally, Mr. Manni also served as the Prosecutor for the Town of Coupeville from July of 2015 through April of 2018.

 

Mr. Manni is a Washington local: he was born in Coupeville and raised in Oak Harbor.  Mr. Manni completed his undergraduate studies at the University of Washington in Seattle, WA – earning a B.A. in Law, Societies, and Justice.  He is the third child of Kenneth and Eleanor Manni, and older brother to Associate, John A. Manni.

 

Mr. Manni lives in Oak Harbor, WA with his lovely wife, Nicole, and their two boys.
